Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard shipping included in the price displayed. We recommend however any orders placed over the value of £20 the signature required option is chosen at check out.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email info@sgsmodelstore.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

Return Exceptions

Items can not be returned if they are opened or have been used unless they are proven to be faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
